Keeping pace with progress on a brick facade for a multi-story medical center recently required the high speed assembly, additional safety, and flexibility provided by the Reliable modular system AGS. The system made it possible for A. G. Gerüstbau to economically meet on-site requirements with standard parts.
Project Features:
· Bay width of 1.09m plus bracket widening of 30cm.
· Platform stair for rapid, safer access providing approx 25m in clearance – ideal for transporting materials.
· Use of standard decks from existing material stocks: standard and LW steel decks.
· Digital advance planning using LayPLAN CAD as part of a Reliable SIM process.
Reliable engineers used digital and 3D planning in LayPLAN CAD with SIM processes to keep pace with progress on the building shell. Special project requirements included meter-wide scaffolding and bracket widening easily accommodated with standard components.
